This Privacy Policy explains how D Solutions Hub ("we", "us", "our"), based in Pakistan, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the AI Viral Scripts mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is offered globally through the Google Play Store and, where listed, the Apple App Store, including to users in Pakistan, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

When you use AI features such as script generation, thumbnail generation, or trending news, the prompts you submit and your reference photos where applicable are sent to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI providers listed in this Policy. The AI output returned to you is stored in your account history.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or using it publicly.
Reference photos uploaded for Face Lock features are used only for requested thumbnail generation and are never publicly shared by us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Each processor is contractually required to use your data only to deliver the service to us.
We may disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, governmental requests, enforce our Terms of Service, investigate violations, prevent fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
We are based in Pakistan. Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, primarily in the United States and the European Union.
For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we and our processors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under Article 46 GDPR.
By using the Service, you also acknowledge that data you submit may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

Backups may remain for up to 30 days after deletion before being purged.
We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, receive data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information. We do not sell or share your data, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Residents of Brazil, Canada, Australia, Pakistan, and other regions with comparable privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact us at support@aiviralscripts.com.
The App is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
The App enforces a self-declared 18+ age requirement at sign-up.
If you believe we have collected information from a person under 18, contact support@aiviralscripts.com and we will delete it.
No system is 100% secure. If we discover a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority where required by law.
The App uses third-party large language models and image generation models to generate scripts, thumbnails, and related content from your prompts.

You can report AI output you believe violates policy using the Report this content button inside the App. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in account action.
The App is a native mobile application and does not use browser cookies. Our website uses only essential cookies for security and basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
